Why "From the Desk of Shan.com"?

 

You might be wondering why my business name is called From the Desk of Shan.com. Allow me to explain.

WHO IS SHAN?

Shan is our CEO, Virtual Assistant & Launch Manager of From the Desk of Shan.com. Her name is Shannon and her nickname is Shan. Born in Virginia, but doesn’t really have a hometown. Born a navy brat who moved all over the states. She’s lived in Florida 5 times and lived in 6 different states. But now resides in Tallahassee, Florida. Animal lover with 3 fur pups: Jackson (8-year old pitbull mix), Sydney (5-year old pitbull mix) & Reno (11-year old pomeranian.) A Foster mom currently of a sibling group of 2 toddlers. Loves to color in her favorite coloring app, Happy Color, while binging tv shows on all the streaming apps. Loves the beach, a big motivator for living in Florida. And, launched a ministry for women with infertility, called Embrace Bravery, plus, wrote a book of the same title.

WHY FROM THE DESK?

As an entrepreneur who is self-employed out of her home, all of my work is coming from my desk, hence From the Desk!

WHY DO YOU HAVE A “.COM” IN THE NAME?

The .com represents being online as most of my work is done online. I wanted you and future prospects to know I can work for you anywhere!
